Due to the contents getting stuck in the reducer at the bottom of the grinding product tank of the grain grinding device, we would like to introduce a case that was adopted. After an inquiry from the customer, there was a request to see the actual product, so we installed the standard Broady Disk model "BD-15" on a resin plate that simulated the hopper wall and lent it out. The client connected air to it, and although it was just the Broady Disk alone, they confirmed the air injection and the vibration of the elastic disk. They commented, especially regarding the vibration, "It's beyond our expectations! It seems we can achieve sufficient effect!" After that, discussions were held regarding the arrangement and control of the Broady Disk, leading to its adoption.
